ARUSHA Regional Commissioner (RC) recently visited the home of the late Edward Moringe Sokoine, who was Tanzanian's Prime Minister during the regime of Mwalimu Julius Nyerere.
Paying the bereaved family the visit over the weekend, Mr Gambo talked to the wife of the premier who passed away some 33 years ago in a road accident in Dakawa area in Morogoro Region.
Consoling the family members and neighbours, the RC said the visit was in line with recognizing the patriotism and heroic gesture the premier showed to fight to liberate the country, adding that it is a trait young leaders should emulate while reviewing their leadership skills to serve the helpless citizens in need of justice and integrity in their midst.
